Selected work · Metalsmithing
Each piece is handcrafted from raw sterling silver and turquoise sourced from American mines, including old-stock stones such as Bisbee turquoise. In collaboration with lapidary Mark Smith, every cabochon is handpicked for its color, character, and the design it inspires.
The Royston turquoise in these pieces comes from Nevada. Shifting blues and greens run through warm, earthy matrix; no two stones are alike. Silver settings are built around each stone, with radiating textures, stamped details, and pierced accents that echo each stone’s natural lines.
Bold, grounded pieces, made for the stone & singular by nature. Commissions welcome—please inquire.

Photography · Central Pennsylvania
Stephanie Lord-Wetherington approaches photography with the same attention to texture, light, and character that shapes her work at the metalsmithing bench.
Her camera follows people and places as they are: the energy of a gathering, the quiet of a landscape, and the small details that make a moment feel like itself.
People in their own light, with room for personality.
Artists, gatherings, and the moments that give a place its energy.
Landscapes, textures, and the quiet character of Central Pennsylvania.
